Client Contract – Terms and Conditions 

These terms apply to the services that we (Breastfeeding Psychology, trading name of Dr Kelsey O’Reilly, also referred to as us/we/our/psychologist) provide to you, (client/workshop attendee).

Workshop Content and Delivery 

Workshop materials (such as slides, handouts, or exercises) remain the intellectual property of Breastfeeding Psychology unless otherwise agreed. Materials are provided for participant use only and must not be reproduced, distributed, or shared publicly without explicit written permission. Recording (audio or video) of the workshop by the participants is not permitted without prior written consent. A pre-recording of the workshop content will be made and distributed to all attendees within 5 working days of the live workshop. All attendees will have access to this recording for 3 months from the date it is sent. You must not reproduce, share or distribute this recording. The workshop is intended to be educational in nature, to enhance the clinical skills and theoretical knowledge of workshop attendees in their professional roles. 

All workshops are offered on zoom or a similar online platform, and all workshop attendees should ensure that they are familiar with this software, have access to the appropriate equipment, and a stable internet connection. While we will do our best to help you troubleshoot any connection issues which may arise, you are ultimately responsible for ensuring that you are able to access this session, and no refunds will be given if you are unable to attend or fully participate for any reason.

Confidentiality  

Any personal information shared by workshop attendees during the workshop will be treated confidentially and sensitively. However, confidentiality cannot be guaranteed in a group setting, and participants will be reminded to only share information they are comfortable discussing in a group. 

Data Retention  

We retain booking information and necessary correspondence securely for the duration of the workshop engagement and for up to 7 years thereafter, in line with UK GDPR and legal requirements. We use a secure, password-protected electronic system for data storage. You have the right to request access to any data we hold about your organisation. 

Payment and Cancellation Policy

To secure your booking on the workshop, payment must be made in full via our website or by bank transfer (upon request). 

If we need to cancel the workshop for any reason, we will provide as much notice as possible and offer a choice of dates to reschedule to, or if these are not suitable then we will refund any payments made. If you need to cancel your attendance at the workshop, and you provide 28 days or greater notice, then we will refund your payment, minus a £6.25 admin and payment processing fee charge. If you provide less than 28 days notice, no refund will be due.  

Complaints and Standards  

We formally request feedback at the end of each workshop. We aim to deliver workshops to a high professional standard. If any workshop attendees have any concerns or complaints regarding the service provided, we encourage feedback directly to Dr Kelsey O’Reilly (This email address is being protected from spambots.
